Onsite repair or pickup/dropoff service is subject to a $80.00 minimum charge. This amount will be applied toward your first hour of troubleshooting/repair. The following hourly rates apply depending on what type of work you need done:

• Software hardware and network installation and troubleshooting crash recovery and data backup/restoration are billed at a rate of $80 per hour in 1/4 hour increments after the first hour
• Trip charge or minimum shop labor charge for diagnosis (unable to fix) is $40.00. Additional travel charge applies for extended travel out of normal service area.

Examples of typical service charges:

• Windows reinstall/crash recovery - $80.00 - 120.00 depending on complexity
• System tuneup/cleanup - $80 - includes full Windows and application updates, virus/spyware/firewall check and more
• Hard drive data recover or backup/restore data - $80 per hour
• Example 1: Your computer requires virus/spyware removal and a general tuneup. One hour of software troubleshooting, eighty dollar minimum service charge. Onsite or pickup/dropoff service.
• Example 2: Your power supply needs replacing. One hour of hardware repair, eighty dollars total labor charge (parts cost additional). Onsite or pickup/dropoff service.
