Here are the details regarding service guarantees, parts warranties, payments and more.

Debit/credit card purchases add 4% processing charge; returned items subject to 15% restock fee.

Standard warranty for custom systems from On The Spot Computer Service:

One year full warranty on parts and labor from date of purchase. Standard manufacturer warranties vary but typically run 3 years for cpu, hard drive, and motherboards, while most ram comes with limited lifetime warranty. Most other prebuilt systems and components come with 1 year manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.

Disclaimer/Guarantee: Repair service is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from completion. If you have any problems with your system please call me immediately. On The Spot Computer Service LLC is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to customer equipment resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Exclusions: Re-infection with a virus or spyware, subsequent repair performed by someone else not authorized to do warranty service for me; non-standard modifications, overclocking; abuse, neglect, water/liquid damage, dropping the product, etc.; damage from power surges or other power quality problems; shipping damage (from shipping the product after you buy it from me/after I work on it), fire, flooding, acts of nature or war; any other cause not related to a defect in the product or workmanship; consumables (e.g., ink cartridges), accessories under $20 (e.g., standard power cables), my travel costs outside of Corvallis/Philomath, or return shipping charges (typically under $15 for desktop parts).
